Emily Merten at Dance Plus in Hilliard, Ohio is a wonderful Dance instructor. because her lessons are fun! Dancing is a wonderful hobby to engage in with your partner /husband. It's great exercise for the mind and body plus when you attend weddings, parties and sail on cruises you can get on your feet and dance !
This is a wonderful place to learn a first wedding dance, especially for beginners who want to feel comfortable and confident. Our instructor, Emily, has been incredibly patient and supportive, making both of us feel at ease throughout the process. She provides clear guidance and helps make the dance look natural while still feeling like us. Highly recommend!
I gave my wife a gift certificate for Christmas 2023 for a wedding the following year. I did not like dancing and did so rarely and then only the old "high school" slow dancing. We have continued long beyond the wedding. Emily is an excellent instructor, gentle and kind in her critique. She has an abundance of patience. It has turned into a fun hobby. She has dance parties every month and we've gotten to know lots of new nice people. It's like a family. I highly recommend her studio.
Learning to dance at Dance Plus has gotten me out of the house, meeting new people, and the staff there are fun and friendly. Best decision I’ve made in a while.
