The people on my military base had messed up my taxes badly and I owed almost 1k (used free on base tax service…bad idea). I called around every where in Roanoke and christiansburg and no one would help me until Alene picked up the phone. She straightened everything out that had gotten messed up in California and actually got me a little money back. Since then I’ve been using her for my taxes every year and I’ve not had one complaint. She’s quick and accurate. I’ll be a loyal costumer as long as I live in the area.
