I have been shopping at Denali for years. The staff and their customer service is second to none! Their pieces for both men and women are always on point.
Incredibley knowledgeable about their products. Pleasant and helpful throughout the experience. The art of salesmanship here is that of a classic haberdasher. Then there is the quality of the merchandise in the store. Bespoke, artisanal...however you wish to describe the clothing presented here it is remarkable worth the money you will spend.
Ordered a pair of Naked and Famous Elephant 13's online. I was quickly messaged to confirm I had my sizing right and an understanding of the jeans. Adam helped me pick out a pair of shoes a few months ago, and helped me fit a suit last weekend. He was very helpful in finding the right style, and it never felt like he was trying to just make a sale. He helped in getting it perfectly tailored as well.
