I was very disappointed in the services provided by DAP. I hired them so I would not have to get involved with the details of a complex tax situation. There was a big lack of communication in the process which resulted in mistakes in how the forms were filled out, and penalties assessed by the IRS. It took almost the entire year to get the situation straightened out and it caused me great stress. The cost of their services was much higher than I expected, and the work was poor.
