Very frustrating experience. My mother applied for a loan and was told she has multiple delinquencies, but no one would explain which accounts they are from. Dana refused to provide a copy of the credit report she pulled, saying it’s “not her job,” and we were just redirected to a website that wasn’t working. My mother doesn’t speak English and couldn’t access her report on her own, and no real assistance or guidance was offered. A loan officer should help clients understand issues like this, not dismiss them.
