Dana reached out with information in relation to my Facebook post in March 2025. More than a year later I reached out to her and she delivered. Patient ..with me providing papers maybe 100 pages, sometimes in duplicate or not what she wanted.Organized,professional and understanding when I became frustrated. Knowledgeable when I asked the same question 5 times. Best Broker /client experience I had in more than 15 years .

I first saw a tik tok live to Dana at the time i did not know she was located in Ontario. I sent a message she quickly responded i hesitated, she then called me and explained that she is licensed in Ontario and Alberta. From there it was smooth sailing. October 2025 i got pre approved, February 5 we called Dana before i put the offer in . By february 12 we signed off all waivers. Closing was April 15 Dana called to congratulate me.
