I retained this attorney for a assault and battery case. Mr. Cormier pretty much garaunteed me first time offender status and that if I complied with there it would be dismissed after 2 years of probation. To make a long story short he was very unprepared and got lazy on the case. There was a 911 tape that he never listened to and more. I got slammed in court and the day after Dana emails me in regards to the retainer for the appeal.
