They would not ship me replacement swings so I drive round trip Han hour and half and they were not there. Had their gates locked ! They said they were open. Very rude to deal with. Would never buy from them again.
We bought a dana trampoline about 2.5 years ago. We were told they were the best and worth the extra money. It has been awesome and we have loved it. Well A few months ago, the Matt started to rip on the edge. Brought it in to dana playground in Mesa today, and no questions asked, they gave me a new Matt! Super customer service!
