DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are crooks! I night furniture from here that arrived SUPER LATE, after shopping at Ashley furniture realized I got OVERCHARGED. Terrible service and customer service. The owner talks to people like they are stupid. If I could give 0 stars I would. There are plenty of other furniture stores on the same street, just skip this one!
Dont shop here. Do not do business with these folks. They are Unprofessional I ordered a sectional yesterday the sales man name Mike said it would be delivered by 530 yesterday but no one came and I had to go to work he said that my sectional would be delivered around 930am today but I'm still waiting. No one calling telling me what's going on. I'm financing furniture I don't even have yet it seems crooked or lazy because it's not like the delivery is from out of town it's right here in memphis it doesn't take forever.
Very stretchy business. Save your money & yourself the headache by going to a cooperate furniture company.. like the one next door. Stuff is pretty but cheaply made and overpriced. Their system is very unorganized which causes tons of mess ups leading to providing customers with very low satisfaction, example; broken furniture that’s not returnable, “misplacing” your layaways, and ridiculously delayed promised delivery dates on special orders.
