I used Dana as an attorney being a first time homebuyer. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She even was able to help me get money that was owed to me by the seller based on our contract that I had no knowledge of. She was very assertive but in a great way. I used Dana Grillo for a complicated sale of a house that I owned. Luckily for me, Dana was assertive when warranted and I feel as though I got the best outcome.
