They were were slow at returning calls and letting you know what is going on with the loan in process. Knew the house was manufactured and in flood zone before we started the process. Spent the money on flood insurance and the appraisal. Sent them all the needed documents and they said, "we do not finance manufactured homes in a flood zone".
