I’m talked to him on the phone, he told it would send the link to pay him the retainer but never did, never answer my phone call neither my email and leave me with no answer 4 days before my court date. Would NOT recommend him at all. Very unprofessional!
Very manipulative, anti 2a rights, he did everything he could to tell me that he would not defend my case or my rights. He waived my preliminary hearing when I was not in the court room knowing that I had been requesting that for literally years. He advised me to sign a plea deal to charges more serious that those I was originally charged with. He did nothing to get the exculpatory evidence I needed to defend my case. He actually told me that I would get that evidence when I signed a guilty plea. He should be disbarred.

Dana is no doubt, the best attorney around. I called multiple attorneys that all gave me the same b.s. answers to my questions but not Dana. Not only was he willing to take hours of his work day to give me guidance, he also comforted me during our phone calls. I would 100% recommend Dana to anyone who is in the need of help.
