Not good - my letter and photos was misplaced - only after I followed up did I receive a a response from the owner — fairly dismissive — I have a variety of old items to sell - 6 hand made quilts — made by my great grandmother — not selling to you. I have some other material items — but you were so dismissive that you indicated you were not interested
cleaning out moms house was hard and finding antique kimonos and quilts was interesting but wasn't sure what to do with them - taking them to dana was the perfect answer as she took them, evaluated them and sold them for more than I would have expected - 1st class operation all the way
