The staff who assisted us was so rude, she just can't wait to make us go. I wanted to add my membership with the purchase but says 'yeah yeah just the payment etc etc.. no discount' like really in a rude way. Worst customer service ever! The guy who was about to help us since I really wanted to add my membership with our purchase, was stop by her again saying 'what are you doing?' and insisted that they will put it manually and it already went through when SHE DIDNT EVEN LET US PROVIDE OUR MEMBERSHIP DETAILS. Worst service that I ever received at a Dan Murphy. While I was having trouble with my online ID, they sold the only cold beers in the shop to someone else. So much for brand loyalty. Top Ryde Dan's cutting staff wages and hiring unprofessional people.
