A man that goes by name Ana served me. He lectured me on matching the price rules (not accurate), after which he asked me to go back to the line up to adjust the invoice (not necessary) and neglected to do his job. Did not apologise or recognise he was at fault. Advised the head office of the incident but no follow-up.
Absolutely ridiculous customer attention.. 2 ladies at the counter today didn't even check my id having more hair on my face than on my head.. SKIP THE HUSTLE AND GO TO LIQUOR LAND!!
I’ve been shopping at Dan Murphy’s for several years now and Lance has always been incredibly helpful. He’s very knowledgeable, patient and takes the time to explain things properly. He genuinely makes the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
