While she mentioned she doesn’t drink herself, she was so kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable while I did a tasting to help make my decision. I ended up choosing the Crianza Sancho Garcés Rioja and it was absolutely beautiful.
They bring a spirit that should not be called Chilean pisco, UNESCO confirms that the only Pisco is from Peru, only that country has to have that name, the rest are not cheap copies, the copy will never taste like an original pisco, what a shame they don't bring more Peruvian Pisco
