The staff are always happy to help,, and it's always cool inside, great atmosphere..
Two times I've been in this shop, and two times I had rather unpleasant experiences with very abrupt and unfriendly staff (two different members of staff). Since I also find their stock on the expensive side, I can't see much of a reason to return.
Been a regular customer here for around 20 years, due to having the most competitive prices, and member price savings.
