It’s absolutely RIDICULOUS that you can’t phone the actual store - the 1300 number refers you to opening hours & a chat bot that takes you around in circles - I’m up to stating NO fifteen times when asked if the robot has answered my question! Poor service from a company this big & making huge profits. Such a shame you’ve run all the small bottle shops with expert advice out of business
Reasonable prices, friendly staff, close to home
Great staff
