I went into this store to buy a gift for a man but I didn't know what to get, all I knew was that he likes trying 'Craft Beer' one of the workers saw me & must have realised I was stuck so he asked if he could help with anything. I explained the situation & he spent 15min showing me the different craft beer then he pulled aside 12 telling me why he was choosing those to show me. I took all 12. $67 for a carton of hot room temp Aussie beer delivered. Really not acceptable! Not when I’m paying s $7 premium over cold beer prices on top of delivery. At that price it should at least be cold!! I gave an extra star for the wonderful in shop staff at Robina. Seriously. Management, you need to fix this. You’re letting the wonderful staff down!!!
