I went into this store to buy a gift for a man but I didn't know what to get, all I knew was that he likes trying 'Craft Beer' one of the workers saw me & must have realised I was stuck so he asked if he could help with anything. I explained the situation & he spent 15min showing me the different craft beer then he pulled aside 12 telling me why he was choosing those to show me. I took all 12. $67 for a carton of hot room temp Aussie beer delivered. Really not acceptable! Not when I’m paying s $7 premium over cold beer prices on top of delivery. At that price it should at least be cold!! I gave an extra star for the wonderful in shop staff at Robina. Seriously. Management, you need to fix this. You’re letting the wonderful staff down!!! PS when are you going to repair the tripping hazard beside your driveway. Council says it’s your problem. It’s not a pothole. It’s a mine shaft and been that way for 2 years! If so... read more
