Appears to have a wider selection of craft beers than other Dans in Melbourne. Service was the best ive experienced in years. Cheers!
Terrible experience with customer service at this store. I went in asking if I could grab some boxes and a lovely team member told me ‘take as many as I needed’. After taking a few boxes, one of the workers stopped me and said I wasn’t allowed to take anymore as it’s for their customers only. I’m a member of Dan Murphys. There were plenty of boxes left. His attitude was incredibly condescending and rude and felt disrespected in public. This is the only store where this has happened.
