I went to the Pakenham Dan Murphy’s and bought a bottle of Grant’s whisky. Online, it was listed at $45.90, but in-store it was $50.90. When I asked why there was false information online, they told me it was an old price. I think this is not fair and feels like a sales trick. It’s better to go to BWS or Liquorland, where you get the correct price upfront. I will be making a formal complaint soon as I have all the evidence.

Shut an hour earlier than Google told me and was really keen on kicking me out even though I already had two bottles of ouzo and two bottles of red I did also want 2 bottles of Grandfather port which would have made it nearly a $500 sale, no warning of closing just we are closing take your stuff to the counter, in my retail experience your loss for five minutes of your time Dan's. Typical of our customer service these days.
