We just visited Dans Wollongong and was served by Will who was a fantastic sales person - we rarely buy the checkout specials but Will’s sales pitch and personal approach had us leaving there with more than we planned and still smiling 😊
Ordered 4 items, at around 1.40pm.. Delivery on route to be delivered 25 minutes later!! Brilliant, so fast... Received a call right before (2pm, being told they forgot to pack an item, a bottle of vodka). I'm currently between a wheelchair or crutches and can't drive for another 3 months due to surgery, hence paying $9.90 for delivery fee. I held off complaining and calling back and got told at 4.27pm they'd put it with another delivery driver. 7.22pm, no vodka, store closed, no refund.
