So much variety
I ordered online and they sent the order with Uber. The uber driver arrived and the uber app told them to return the order. The driver can’t contact uber because they don’t take calls I can’t contact the store as they do ‘t take calls. The driver has to return my order to the store and won’t get paid. Incompetence has an AI bot and it cant’t help. Thanks for nothing Dan.

My elderly father orders a bottle of champagne gift wrapped to be delivered as a surprise to a dear friend for her 90th birthday. He waited next to the phone all day for the delighted phone call. He later received a text to say they were “too busy” to deliver it. Now the elderly recipient will have to arrange to get it. Incredibly bad service. They didn’t even refund the delivery fee, and there is no phone number to call and ask them to fix it. I cannot recommend getting a delivery from Dan Murphy. Forget it!
