I bought some red wines but the following day had reservations about one after reading some negative reviews and wondered if might be able to exchange it. Ethan and Colin could not have been more pleasant and helpful and I emerged really happy with a different red recommended by Ethan. One of my most pleasant retail experiences in a long time and I highly recommend the staff and service. Most pleasant. 5 stars all the way. Thanks Ethan.
