Good store.
I love this Dan Murphy's. Scott the wine expert has excellent knowledge on the wines, gives great advice, is really friendly and approachable. The staff in this store are all very friendly and happy to help. Its a busy store. Quite large too.
Came in the other day for some drinks on easter weekend, Laurie served us and he was rude, blunt and very unprofessional. From viewing the other reviews, seems like thats how he always has been and surprised he still has his job. Very gutted as the rest of the team are so helpful and kind.
So much variety
I ordered online and they sent the order with Uber. The uber driver arrived and the uber app told them to return the order. The driver can’t contact uber because they don’t take calls I can’t contact the store as they do ‘t take calls. The driver has to return my order to the store and won’t get paid. Incompetence has an AI bot and it cant’t help. Thanks for nothing Dan.
