From Dan Murphy’s Website “Change of mind return: Dan Murphy’s happily gives you a refund or an exchange if you have changed your mind on a purchase” Bought too many bottles, went to return them last night undamaged and unopened, with receipt. Had to go through an interrogation from the employee on why we were returning them. Eventually he gave the refund with the caveat that we “shouldn’t try this trick again” and it’s “not our problem we bought too much alcohol”, and that he was doing us a favour by honouring this.
