Always friendly. Dr Dans has those odd drinks from Japan and the favorites.
Don't charge me 212 dollars for a new licence if I have to spend nearly an hour waiting. I know various government people think our time and money is theirs, but how is it fair? We have work, school runs, shopping, doctors appointments, dinner to cook, washing, cleaning, gardening, and everything else. Why do I need to spend $$$? The roads are still full of potholes. There's not enough nurses or teachers or housing or daycare. You can't charge me this if you're going to mess everything up.
