Can we get some prices up in the drive through or staff that know atleast a short list. May aswell ask the brick wall
Great fantasy ..quality heart prices
Your drive-thru is horribly slow and your staff are terrible esp when I have to repeat my order three times to the lady and then asks me what is that, I tell her it's beer and stands there with dumb look on face , how about asking another team member, instead of holding up the line .if you don't know what the product is ask another team member , and then was told not getting service because she was upset. Maybe if I didn't have to repeat myself over and over again I might not have been frustrated, I didn't yell or abuse anyo... read more
A little upset today, finished a 12 hour shift to then watch the Freo/Swan prelim final (on repeat, score unknown) went to Dan Murphy’s and used the drive through, bought a selection of drinks and none were chilled! Budweiser would have been in the fridge if I had entered the store. So big lesson, request chilled items. Other drive through’s serve chilled by default. Wish I’d of gone to Thirsty Camel, it was closer too!
The quality of service from staff continues to decline, compared to how this store used to be. Sullen and robotic staff with a low level of customer service skill/training. Nice renovations, but a continuing reduction in the range of products is evident. A reflection of the poor performance of the parent company no doubt.
