I came in looking for a scotch whiskey for my husbands birthday, I don’t have the foggiest idea about this type of alcohol so the friendly floor staff passed me onto their manager who was indeed an expert. He spent a good 10 mins or so explaining the different types, asking what my husbands tastes are like before recommending options which would match, didn’t try to talk me into buying the more expensive brands (though I did end up buying a pricey one based on my hubbys taste).
