Terrible business model. Not everyone is a 20-30 year old ‘tech savvy nerd’. Some of us grew up without screens, bots, and ‘chat rooms. Where is the personal contact for the customers who don’t belong to Gen Z ? If you talk to a live agent you can’t have the details of your enquiry on the screen at the same time.
