Had an extremely rude older woman speak to me in store I believe her name tag started with a T. I am of age to purchase alcohol and my sibling was alongside me as I am his guardian. This woman kicked myself and my little brother out even after I provided my own ID. I offered for him to leave so I could continue my purchases and she said no and that I am not allowed back in the store for a day. This was an extremely unpleasant experience from a very rude worker. I received superb customer service from Mickaeyla this morning (I hope I spelt her name correctly) from the Gungahlin Store. I was after a couple of cases of zero sugar Jim Beam bourbon. Seeing there were no cases, she kindly made me up 2 cases from the packs of 6 and was also able to help me with some other purchases that I couldn't access online. Mickaeyla was extremely helpful with a can do attitude. Nothing was a problem for her. First class service with a smile.
