Very disappointed with my experience at Dan Murphy’s Epping. I went in on a Thursday night at 8:40 p.m., well before closing time (9:00 p.m. as advertised), and was told by a staff member that I only had five minutes to shop. While browsing, another worker came up behind me and said I only had two minutes left — it was only 8:42 p.m. I took my items to the checkout and was met by two staff members, who told me they wouldn’t accept a digital ID — only a hard copy.
