Ive been a customer for many years now and the customer services is quite good. But today the guy at the counter was extremely rude and refused to price match which I found surprising and told me that they only price match within 5km radius. Im not sure if he was going to go to every store and ask what the price was?! @store manager, please advice your staff to have better customer service. I’m giving this place zero stars — honestly, I wish I could give an even lower score based on what I witnessed. It was absolute racism. While I was at the counter paying for my items, three young Black men walked into the store to buy liquor. The security guard immediately followed them and began accusing them of stealing, even though they had been in the store for less than a minute.
