Brilliant selection and the customer service is 1st class. Wondering what wine to buy an employee came up and gave great advice. At the counter the scottsman, not only was very serviceminded but on top of that gave us tips on what to do in Sydney and where to find information.

For a large store, it's quite disappointing that they don't carry certain products. I used to buy Pisco at this shop, but they no longer have it. Interestingly, you can still find it in Newcastle. It seems ridiculous for a big store in a busy area to not offer all the products they advertise, especially considering their customer service is also lacking.
