How does one simply decide to send random bottles to replace what you paid for? Not even a call? Awful service.
The Dan Murphy website is quite disfunctional. When the order is completed the site incorrectly says repeatedly the delivery details have changed and does not offer a payment option. When finally a payment option is secured and processed the site just hangs and the bot is useless!!
