I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at your rear pick-up zone on. One of your staff members displayed extremely poor customer service — he yelled at me and even made threatening remarks. This behaviour was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate action is taken. I would appreciate an update once this issue has been addressed.
