I was in your Westfields Chermside store before Christmas very disappointed with the lack of staff and service in your store absolutely shocking!!! I had to walk to the front register to ask for someone to help me.Unbelievable…….the female check out clerk just gave me so much attitude and pretty much shut me down. So rude😡 So I took my business elsewhere and went where they actually had staff to serve me amazing!!!!! They were nice,polite and willing to help me.Unlike your store shame on you.
My Mum lost her watch my brother and I gave her years ago. We went back to all the shops the next day looking for it, last one was Dan Murphys Chermside Spoke to a really helpful guy Austin who gave us hope as he believed there had been a watch handed in day before. They couldn’t initially find it so they took my name and an hour later called to say they had it. Returned to shop and collected.Thank you for the wonderful help and concern for the return of my Mums watch, 3 days out from Christmas, crazy busy but still provided... read more
