Disappointing experience. It felt like staff were being pushed to upsell customers instead of simply helping them find what they needed. I hope they start to focus more on customer service than sales targets.
Horrible experience, throughout my shop and even at the checkout i was bombarded by a gentleman trying to sell me a 3 dollar can of beer, even after i said no the first time, genuinely felt like i was at a used car yard, very uncomfortable
