Amazing customer service
Very disappointed and appalled by the treatment I received at being refused entry 7 minutes before closing when I just needed to get 1 item quickly. I explained this and was told that they would be delayed in closing the store if they had to serve anyone now. Not good customer service.

Golden Oak crisp dry white cask has been my 1st choice for years -since it first appeared. No longer! The crisp and dry is now sweet. And new 3l cask not easy to handle - have always preferred 4l casks anyway. Will move on
