There was a staff being so unprofessional - did not seem to listen to people regarding the order number even if I was actually nominated to pick up the order. Aggressive language towards customers and no effort to acknowledge. Had a particularly terrible experience with him, although everything else was fine with other staff members who actually know what was going on.
Not happy to have my ID photographed, didn't realise it would be a requirement or I wouldn't have ordered. Keep sending order back to me. Can't speak to a human, even after the 'bot' said it was putting me through to a human I don't think it was. Unable to cancel order. Poor delivery driver stuck in the middle.
Amazing staff!
Big good n cheap
