Great prices on everything
I usually enjoy shopping at Dan Murphy’s broadmeadows, but my experience on Wednesday, 1st October around 5 pm was very disappointing. I gave my membership id at checkout, yet it wasn’t added to my account, which left me frustrated. I value good customer service and usually expect better from Dan Murphy’s, so this experience was quite disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve future service and ensures membership details are recorded correctly.
Rude old man at counter this morning. No customer service at all. Young guy who collected my order just dumped the box onto the bench. Lucky he didn't break any bottles. Won't be ordering from here again.
