I have been coming to this location for almost two years to pick up Uber delivery orders, and during that time I have interacted with most members of the team. Unfortunately, today I had a very disappointing experience. Today, a staff member asked for my ID and I showed him a digital copy of my passport. He refused to accept it. my online delivery order was assigned to this stop. but delivery was cancelled, and this shop did not notify me, and did not arrange a second uber. I contacted the service team online, they booked a second try for me, but delivery was cancelled again next day, and still this shop did not contact me until I find out it's not delivered. something is wrong with this shop.
Really good service here. Great shop and friendly helpful staff.
