Changed 5 starts to 1 due to being insulted by a lady in front of a big crowd. She never had guts to apologise and eventually it was simply a mistaken identity...
I had lost my bag with my passport inside and was very stressed. One lady of the staff here was incredibly kind and patiently explained how to contact the police and what to do if I needed help with my passport at the consulate. Thanks to her support, I felt reassured in such a difficult moment. Luckily, I found my bag later, but I will always remember her kindness. Truly excellent service!
