Staff were very nice & extremely helpful. I was served by Jamie who was polite, efficient & professional.
Top-notch experience! Jamie welcomed me as I walked in and helped me pick out brilliant wines. As someone who usually prefers independent stores, I was thoroughly impressed. Jamie is an absolute asset to Dan Murphy's.
The man at the register was rude, no friendly customer service and then proceeded to ask for my partners ID in a rude manner, who is 30. And he asked this after asking for my Dan's membership which is strange. He did not say thankyou when she showed him. Just a bad vibe. Felt like we were being interrogated, at least be polite to customers. I hope you train your staff better.
