Great member deals and usually great service. Rude encounter today with a lady named Sam. Today before i could even wheel my trolley through the door i was very abruptly asked “Do you need help?”, when i said “Oh not yet thanks.” She immediately asked “Got ID” Which i handed over and made a little joke about my age and i got a very dry answer and no smile throughout the whole transaction.
