Rented a Tundra Check in person told me I was couple hours too early but let me take it anyway to save me a trip also let me return after hours at no extra charge will rent again!
We rented an SUV for the first time from Dan Deery Rental, and the experience was amazing. The young lady who helped us I believe her name was Yesina, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our insurance and took care of everything for us. The customer service was outstanding. Our family vacation was saved thanks to the compassion and dedication Dawn and Dan Deery has to their customers. We initially rented a large passenger van through the airport and less than 24 hrs before out trip, we found out they didn't have the vehicle we needed and rented 5 months prior. Called Dan Deery and they had us taken care of in less than an hour. The customer service was outstanding and the van was perfect.
So when I picked up the rental car it took forever Mine was a quick smooth transaction already everything was ready but had to wait for the people ahead of me because they didn’t have all their information the girl that helped me was in a bad mood not at all customer service friendly then I returned the car I get a call a week later saying there was a nail in the tire and it was my fault I never drove that car in any where that might have picked up a nail except possibly the way out of the way directions the car gps sent me ... read more
