So when I picked up the rental car it took forever Mine was a quick smooth transaction already everything was ready but had to wait for the people ahead of me because they didn’t have all their information the girl that helped me was in a bad mood not at all customer service friendly then I returned the car I get a call a week later saying there was a nail in the tire and it was my fault I never drove that car in any where that might have picked up a nail except possibly the way out of the way directions the car gps sent me ... read more
We have bought three vehicles from Dan Deery. There was a minor issue with two of the vehicles, and they fixed it! Highly recommend this place. When I need cats for my kids, I am going here!
Vehicle was amazing, other than virtually no washer fluid. “Oil change required” warning came on at 10k miles, ok, but no warning or apology from staff. Overall, customer service was appallingly bad. Got hassled over email several times just before rental started, over something I submitted months before. Very poor writing skills. When I went to collect the car, everyone was grumpy, and I had to be taken back and forth across the lot several times in a golf cart before the key was located. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry. Always offers brand new Toyotas for rental. Way nicer cars than Enterprise or Hertz, and prices are typically lower!
