Low quality crap products and worse customer service just like their food. No matter how many times you contact them there is no answer all the time
They are moving to Annacis Island
Low quality rancid stuff. Each time I've spent $15 for their premium nuts, I've been disappointed with the rancid taste. For 600g of cashews or mixed nuts is $15 whereas organic raw cashews at grocery store is $27 for 1.13kg. Roast them myself and I've got fresh organic cashews that tastes great. Not sure who their target market is but sure feels like a rip off on price and quality.
The smell of incinerating nuts in south richmond is overpowering and headache inducing. they really need to do something about this.
