We did not have a "cookie cutter" type of property and Dan got us the money we needed, like the pro he is! He always personally answered the phone, even when he was on vacation in Flordia! If anyone is looking into a reverse mortgage I would highly recomend Dan Casagrande, he is honest but straight forward. His right hand lady Terese is highly competent and very helpful. The most wonderful experience all because of "Dan-Dan the Money Man" Dan was there each and every time I called, text, or emailed him. He kept me informed every step of the way and made this, once a scary move for me to make, very calm & a pleasant experience.
