My winter holiday dish of purple sweet potatoes and yellow yams (topped with a compote of walnuts, raisins, diced apricots, with a dash of pumpkin pie spice, salt, pepper, maple syrup,1/4 cup tangerine juice thickened to a demi glaze) turned out fabulous. Your sweet purple potatoes made the dish.
Great products. The potatoes, watermelons, pumpkins, all great. Keep up the hard work.
If you want to enjoy GMO watermelons which can literally bounce back from the ground because inside is rubber, then by all means, buy their products. Readily available in Walmart, and other major retailers.
