I’ve called left messages and even went to his office numerous times spoke to Lupe and she took the messages and still no call it’s been about the same time from 2022 till now. it’s very frustrating when you go to court and you have no idea what’s going on ..
Over the past several years, since 2022, I’ve left several messages with my information and my husbands name and case information, hoping for a call back since my husband qualified for and is scheduled for resentencing. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back from this office nor the San Benito County Clerk. Nor has anyone reached to my husband or his prison to coordinate transport or virtual hearings. Mr.Damkar has really been amazing in helping with a few traffic violations. It was an incredibly lengthy process, and Harry had to repeatedly return to court to help me. He never once billed me for the extra court time and was incredibly effective in getting virtually everything dismissed. Thank you, Harry!
