I have had an IRS issue for approx 4 years. My tax accountant was unable to solve it with the IRS. I could NEVER get hold of the IRS - well now that’s a surprise. This firm is very busy. Although Mr. Damiens is a nice man he does not handle your case. They are assigned to other attorneys. I was not really satisfied with my outcome I will not called who I was assigned to out of respect for Mr. Damiens. I spent thousands of dollars plus $50 a month. I would suggest you find a good tax specialist. The person I used to file my taxes couldn't believe the amount of my payment arrangements that was settled by the law firm. I cannot express how grateful I am to Damiens Law Firm (specifically, Jessica Fisher) for their guidance during a very stressful situation. Her level of expertise and communication literally helped me sleep at night. Her knowledge and ability to calm my nerves and set expectations allowed me to do what I needed to do to resolve the debt I owed the IRS without having to also personally deal with the IRS on my own.
