Exceptionally happy with my online purchase from Damian Harris Cycles. I originally ordered the Haibike Trekker 7 on a Saturday night, but received a phone call on the Sunday to let me know it was a) not in stock and b) the store had seen some returns / issues with the motor. Damian suggested an alternative on the phone and sent details across via email shortly after. Terrible customer service shop was advertising a cube bike on line with a small blemish on the frame. Damien agreed to sell it with a discount and hold it then several days later would only allow bank transfer which wasn't explained. Then a few days later the bike was not available and on a van with Fed Ex back to Cube. The owner promised to reserve the bike and his word means nothing. Read the reviews its not just me.
