I have been going to Damaris Spa for years. I have had both good and bad experiences with nails and facials. I have gone a few times and been stood up for booked appointments. I do not like the new place. The exterior is dilapidated and I was freezing during my recent facail. There is also a lack of soundproofing and therefore a lack of privacy. I'm not sure I will ever go back.
The new place is lovely and could not be more beautiful however, the walls are paper thin, I have had a massage in one of your rooms and been for other services and you can hear all the activity going on . Not relaxing at all . My question is is this going to change ?.
I had an appointment booked with Donad and find out when I arrive for my 12;:00 appt that Donald no longer works there. They should have told me before I arrived..not impressed
