Sofiya, RMT is amazing!! She finds all the sore areas and ensures the pain has released before moving on. It is clear she is passionate about her work and her clients. I felt so much lighter and relaxed after. Awan at the front desk was so kind and welcoming.
Very disappointed with my experience at Damara Day Spa Harbour Landing. This is the second time I’ve faced this same issue there. They seem to prefer cash or e-transfer payments instead of properly processing direct insurance claims. Yesterday I again faced multiple problems with their payment machine. They told me there was a payment error with my insurance provider, then when I tried tap payment the machine kept showing “over limit.” I even tried another card and had the same issue. I had brow threading with Vishakha and it was great! She created the perfect brow shape for me- the best result I have had. It was quick and painless and the mini brow massage with cooling gel at the end was an unexpected treat. Gillian at the front desk was warm and welcoming.
Jeff provides excellent therapeutic massages, The deep tissue session was exactly what I needed and left me feeling completely relaxed. There are just a few areas where the overall experience could be improved. The front desk felt a bit busy at times, and there were some minor cleanliness and freshness concerns in the common areas. Addressing these would really help bring the overall experience in line with the quality of the massage.
I took my daughter here for the 'Kids Delight' . Amandeep was so gentle and kind. I love how professional the staff were with my little girl, truly gave her the full spa treatment and made her feel so important and special. Thank you! :)
