had a massage by Jeffrey Swystun and it was the best massage i have ever had. i love the greens location and this therapist was both affluent and respective. obviously skilled and profession therapist worth rebooking. experienced and friendly.
Jeff RMT is a nice man, overall it was a nice experience.
I called after my massage to asked if all their people were registered and was told yes they were. I found out after the fact that individual who did my massage was NOT a Registered Massage Therapist. She started the massage late, left the room TWICE during the massage without saying anything and finished the massage early. Very unprofessional
Very bad customer service.I booked my appointment prior like two days ago and she called me one hour before tells me that if your massage is covered in insurance we are not able to take your appointment but if you are ready to pay we can take. What kind of service is this. Don't the insurance company pays you guys. Spoiled my day. Value your customers and there time
I had a therapeutic massage on Saturday with Nakyoung, and I think amazing is an understatement. The staff was friendly, the massage was soo relaxing I fell asleep and Nakyoung focused on the areas I requested, and to top it off they do Direct Billing so I could use my insurance! Definitely recommend!!
