Very bad customer service.I booked my appointment prior like two days ago and she called me one hour before tells me that if your massage is covered in insurance we are not able to take your appointment but if you are ready to pay we can take. What kind of service is this. Don't the insurance company pays you guys. Spoiled my day. Value your customers and there time
I had a therapeutic massage on Saturday with Nakyoung, and I think amazing is an understatement. The staff was friendly, the massage was soo relaxing I fell asleep and Nakyoung focused on the areas I requested, and to top it off they do Direct Billing so I could use my insurance! Definitely recommend!!
