Carmen gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life! If I lived closer, I would come here all the time but sadly, I live all the way in Florida. If you come to this spa, you must ask for Carmen. I hope I have another conference in Kelowna just so I can come back to see Carmen.
I had a very relaxing body, scrub and wrap with Claudia. She was very professional and had A sweet personality and a gentle touch. I would definitely recommend her and book in to spend a longer treatment with her next time.
We both had an amazing massage! The ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely go back again!
Exceptional hot stone and facial!! Love Carmen’s skill for deep tissue !!
I had a very relaxing facial here, they used all organic products which I personally love! My partner had a massage and said the therapist was very talented! When we checked in they gave us the option to be in a couples room for our services as well, which made it even more of special day with my partner. After we both felt pampered we got to enjoy the beautiful Kelowna weather outside at the pool. Great spot to make a day out of your spa appointments with the amenities and the location of the spa.
