I tore my hamstring 2 1/2 weeks ago the localized cryotherapy and red light has cut my recovery time in half staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

I was experiencing poor lower extremity circulation in both legs, and pain in lower back and right hip. Started a treatment with Dam Performance Cryotherapy approximately three-months ago. Improvements in circulation and pain management. Thus far, compression therapy is a part of my circulation and pain management regimen. Not to mention, wonderful people.
The owners are very knowledgeable and focused on customer service. Outstanding support. Highly recommend their services for senior citizens like me. 👍
