Jordan with Dam Performance was very attentive and engaging. He walked me and my mom through the process and discussed the health benefits with us. Personally, I did the cryochamber and although I’ve done cold plunges before this was a new chapter for me. I enjoyed it! I was so tired going in and it woke me up. I felt incredibly rejuvenated and if you’re considering coming here, I’d highly recommend doing a cryochamber session.
Jordan and team’s knowledge of how the body works- and what can help you get back to full activity quickest is remarkable. I hurt my foot in June and the doctor believes it has recovered 50% faster than expected (cryo & red light). I also appreciate how friendly and helpful they are- if your body is not 100%- or you would like to keep it at 100%- build in some regular time here!
I've been coming to dam performance for a little over a year it's definitely part of my health and wellness routine I highly recommend this establishment.
I tore my hamstring 2 1/2 weeks ago the localized cryotherapy and red light has cut my recovery time in half staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.
